About Play x Mini Games
What is Play x Mini Games?
Play x Mini Games is a collection of casual games you can play directly in the ShopBack app. There's nothing to download or install, and you earn Cashback for the time you spend playing.
How is Mini Games different from other ShopBack Play games?
Games in ShopBack Play's Game Zones are downloaded to your phone, and you earn Cashback by reaching set levels or targets in each game. Mini Games are different: there's nothing to download and no levels to reach. Cashback is based on your total play time across all Mini Games.
Where can I find Play x Mini Games?
Open ShopBack Play from the app homepage and tap the Mini Games tab. Make sure your ShopBack app is updated to the latest version.
What kinds of games are available?
Puzzle, merge, mahjong, driving and arcade-style games, with new games added regularly.
Is it free to play?
Yes. Mini Games are free to play and include ads.
Can I play offline?
No. You need an internet connection to play Mini Games.
Earning Cashback
How do I earn Cashback from Mini Games?
Cashback is earned based on your total play time. Each time you complete a full play interval (shown in the app, for example every 5 minutes), you earn Cashback for that interval. Partial intervals don't count. For example, if the interval is 5 minutes, playing 4 min 50 sec won't earn Cashback for that interval. The progress icon in the game shows how close you are to your next reward.
Does my play time add up if I switch between games?
Yes. Your play time counts across all Mini Games, so you don't need to stay on one game.
Is there a limit on how much Cashback I can earn?
Yes, Cashback from Mini Games is capped daily. You'll keep earning Cashback for your play time up to the daily cap shown in the app. After that, further play time won't earn more Cashback until the cap resets the next day.
When will I see my Cashback?
Mini Games Cashback usually appears in your Cashback activity within a few minutes of completing an interval, but it can take up to 1 day. Each completed interval appears as a separate entry named "Play x Mini Games" in your Cashback Activity with the name of a game you played.
Why does my Cashback entry show a different game from the one I played?
Each Cashback entry shows the name of one game you played during that interval. If you switched games within an interval, the entry may show only one of them. Your Cashback is based on your total play time, not on the game name shown.
Why does my Cashback show as "Tracked"?
All Mini Games Cashback starts as Tracked and becomes Confirmed and redeemable by the confirmation date stated in your Cashback Activity details.
When can I withdraw my Mini Games Cashback?
Mini Games Cashback becomes redeemable once the indicated validation period has ended. You can check the release date on your Cashback activity page under the relevant transaction.
Can I submit a missing Cashback claim for Mini Games?
If you think some of your play time wasn't rewarded, please contact the Jolibox support team (see below).
