I did not receive any reset password email. What do I do?

After requesting to reset your password and happens that you still do not receive the password reset email, you may want to check on these common problems:

1) Did you enter the email address the same as the one associated with your ShopBack account? Do note that reset emails are sent only to registered email addresses.
2) Did you check your junk/spam email folders? If the message is not there, try adding hello@email.shopback.ph  as favorite and then reset your password again. Usually, this does the trick! 
3) If none of the above seems to work, you can try changing the registered email address to a new one.
