To request for Remittance Advice/ Transfer Slip for your withdrawal request, you can refer the steps below:
1. Click on https://www.shopback.ph/cashback > Withdrawal History
2. Click on Need Help? and it will appear ShopBack Help.
3. Click on 'Get Proof of Transfer'.
4. Your request will be processed and you will receive the Remittance Advice / Transfer Slip within 1 - 3 working days.
The form can only be submitted once and within 30 days since the withdrawal requested day.
