Things to know before you deactivate

Withdraw any remaining Cashback

We will not be able to reinstate, restore or retrieve any account information once your account is deactivated. This includes all Cashback that hasn’t been withdrawn. 

Request a Cashback withdrawal for any remaining balance if it meets the minimum withdrawal amount of ₱200. Keep in mind that only available and confirmed Cashback can be withdrawn. Make sure your withdrawal is completed and your Cashback is in your bank account before deactivating your account.

 

If none of the above applies to you, you can go ahead and deactivate your account with ease.

How to deactivate your account

  1. While logged into your account, go to Account → Login and security → Delete my account.
  2. Once you’ve read through all the important information, tap Send deletion request.
