How do I change or update my phone number?

1. If no mobile number is registered in your account, you can update your phone number when requesting for cashout (withdrawal).
Click here (https://www.shopback.my/payment) to request for a withdrawal and you would be prompted to update your phone number to receive the one-time password (OTP)/verification code through SMS.
Enter the phone number you would like to use, please note that the updated phone number cannot be linked to another ShopBack account.

2. If a mobile number is already registered in your account, you would need to contact our customer service team through email to help@shopback.ph for them to de-link the mobile number registered and you can only update your mobile number when you request for cashout (withdrawal).

Do also note that you will need to have at least PHP 200 Available Balance in your account to request for a Cashback withdrawal.
