Yes, you can. Please complete your appeal within 30 days from the date of rejection. It is up to your responsibility to regularly check on the status of your Cashback and action upon it immediately. Any appeal that passes the specified timeframe will not be entertained by our partner stores.
To make an appeal on the rejected cashback, you can click the link (red box) from your ShopBack app or website and forward the order details to us.
