Yes, you can. Please complete your appeal within 30 days from the date of rejection. It is up to your responsibility to regularly check on the status of your Cashback and action upon it immediately. Any appeal that passes the specified timeframe will not be entertained by our partner stores.
To make an appeal on the rejected cashback, you can click "You believe this should not be the case?" from your ShopBack app or website and forward the order confirmation to us.
Here's the steps on how you can appeal for your rejected Cashback:
Step 1: Go to your Cashback Overview
Step 2: Find the rejected Cashback that you would like to appeal (You may search by month, Cashback status, and/or store name)
Step 3:Click on the drop-down arrow top right of the Cashback, and you can see the reasoning of the rejection, and also an option to appeal:
Step 4: Click on the link of You believe this should not be the case? , and you may fill in the appeal form! Do refer to this link for a sample of order confirmation.
