- Pending: For cashbacks earned via purchases, we have received your order details and it is being validated by the partner store to ensure no cancellations, returns or exchanges. Otherwise, your Cashback will be voided. For bonuses earned through referrals and promotional activities, you will need to fulfil the required conditions.
- Investigating: We've received your Missing Cashback Enquiry. We are investigating with our merchant on your order and we will keep you updated as soon as we can.
- Confirmed: Your Cashback and/or Bonus is validated and confirmed by our merchant stores and added to your Available Balance.
- Rejected: Your cashback was rejected by our merchant and removed from your pending earnings. The partner merchant holds sole discretion in determining the cashback validity.
