Cashback will typically take up to 48 hours (for most partner stores) to be tracked in your ShopBack account. You will receive an email notifying you that your Cashback has been successfully tracked.
Alternatively, you can log in here to check if your Cashback is reflected in your Cashback Activity.
If 48 hours have passed and the Cashback is still not reflected in your Cashback Overview statement, don't worry! Simply file a report here and we'll look into it!
Do note that as Cashback award is dependent on our partner store's purchase validation, ShopBack reserves the right to cancel or delay your Cashback payment should a partner store alter their policies or delay their commission payments. We will, however, do our best to ensure the Cashback reaches you on time!
